Medical Disclaimer (CRITICAL)
- Not for Emergencies: Aoun Care services are designed for planned home healthcare, rehabilitation, and non-critical follow-ups. This website and its services are NOT a substitute for emergency medical care. In life-threatening emergencies, please call the emergency number (997) immediately or proceed to the nearest hospital.
- The consultations and services provided rely on the information you share with us; thus, the accuracy of the care plan depends heavily on the accuracy and completeness of your disclosed medical history.
Booking & Cancellation Policy
- Booking Confirmation: A booking is considered confirmed only after the Aoun Care team contacts you, completes the initial assessment, and schedules the appointment.
- Cancellations: Patients may cancel or reschedule a session (Physiotherapy, Nursing, etc.) free of charge at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
- Late Cancellations: Canceling with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a partial deduction or a visit fee to cover the medical team’s operational costs.
Payment & Pricing Terms
- Prices listed on (aouncare.net) are subject to change. The final cost will be confirmed with the patient before the service commences.
- Due fees must be paid according to the agreed-upon mechanism (online payment, or payment upon the first visit).
- Refunds & Cancellations: All online payments through the website or bookings via (WhatsApp/Forms) are subject to a detailed policy. You can review all details regarding money refunds, free cancellation periods, and non-refundable cases by visiting our [Refund & Cancellation Policy] page.
User Obligations
- The patient (or their family) is obligated to provide a safe, clean, and suitable home environment for the Aoun Care medical staff to work.
- The patient must treat the medical staff with respect. The company reserves the right to terminate services immediately if any staff member is subjected to verbal or physical abuse.
